Salary: $50,000 per year + Commission (up to 3.5% of Sales)

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Lead virtual and on-site consultations, absorbing every project detail.
• Gather comprehensive information for bids, including materials, labor hours, and project timelines.
• Cultivate lasting partnerships with landscape designers, architects, engineers, and other key players.
• Create precise bids using established pricing formulas, guiding projects from conception to completion.
• Implement innovative strategies to achieve ambitious monthly sales goals.
• Offer continuous support to clients, nurturing relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage contracts and invoices, ensuring seamless client transactions.
• Coordinate weekly with Project Management to align approved bids with strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of on-field masonry and concrete experience (mostly in residential projects preferred)
• Expert knowledge of the trade, including block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprints
• Proven customer service experience
• Ability to manage a CRM & navigate various tech platforms
• Valid US Driver's License
