SalaryThis position provides an opportunity to support and mentor adolescents in a residential group home environment. It is an opportunity to gain experience in a fulfilling ministry and grow within the agency.
You will have the opportunity to engage with youth in worship, education, work, and recreation in a Christian environment.
Bonus pay available each pay period.
Job Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Candidate must be 21 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working with children is preferred OR an associates or bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license.
- The ability to be involved in physical activities with youth.
Shifts available include afternoon (3 afternoons 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm and one weekend day 8:30 am – 10:30 pm) and overnight awake (4 nights from 10:30 pm – 8:30 am).
