Seven Hills Foundation is hiring Direct Care Workers, Residential Counselors & Residential Managers for all shifts. These Direct Support Professionals will:

· Be comfortable taking the initiative

· Make use of best practices & strategies for success for the benefit of all residents

· Engage & interact w/residents

· Facilitate outings & activities to help residents enjoy their favorite parts of life including:

· Enjoying the great outdoors

· Arts & Crafts

· GET PAID FOR ALL THIS & MORE!

$19.00/HR

Examples of full time schedules:

• Sunday 9am-9pm, Monday 9am-3pm, Friday 1pm to 9pm Saturday 9am-11pm
• Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm Saturday 11am-9pm Sunday 9am-3pm

Examples of part time schedules:

• Thursday 11pm-9am, Friday 11pm-9am and Saturday 11pm-9am. (Asleep 11pm-6am)

Support Advocates are provided a paid 5-day New Employee Orientation and receive training on CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving, and Medication Administration Program (MAP). They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
