Job Summary:
The Residential Coordinator is an entry level leadership position, responsible for providing assistance and support to clients to live meaningful lives in their communities. You will help clients learn and grow with an outcome of assisting individuals to reach their fullest potential of independence.
Some responsibilities include:
Assisting with Schedule writing, Quality Assurance, Cleaning, and attending medical appointments.

Wage: $22.50 To 23.50
Program: 02
Locations: Oak Harbor
Shifts: 8a-4p (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday) Must be flexible and be able to cover emergencies outside of normal schedule when needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
- Be at least 18 or older
- Current NAR (Paid by SA)
- Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter. (Paid by SA)
- At least one year experience working in a residential setting
Licensing and Certifications:
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (Paid by SA)
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CNA/HCA/NAC or at least 5 years of experience
