Salary: $70,000 - $90,000+ per year with bonus potentials!

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Superintendents for ALL areas in Jacksonville. Looking for applicants with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in residential new home construction. Quality, cleanliness, and on-time scheduling need to be the norm. You must be able to coordinate all activities of the new home construction process, including scheduling trade partners/subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of Residential Construction projects, including scheduling and quality control.
- Manage the construction and completion of quality homes in the specified time frame set by the Company
- Oversee the work of subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure that they adhere to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues or delays, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, and other regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals, inspections, co's, finals,
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during the construction process in a timely and professional manner.
- Work directly with trade partners and vendors.
- Complete handover walk with inspectors and investor upon completion.
- 5+ years min experience as a Construction Superintendent in the Residential Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Residential Construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team of workers.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not necessary.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be advantageous.
- Have a thorough knowledge of construction trades, and county inspections
- Have experience in scheduling, quality control, production in all phases of Residential Construction, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
