Working in a new development of 90 units, Orchid Lake, providing resident support for 45 of the units reserved for residents rescued from homelessness
Process requests for services by conducting intakes, obtaining and completing necessary assessments, and collecting documentation for the determination of program eligibility
Coordinate various services including referral, intake, eligibility determination, and enabling of client needs and services
Work with the Case Manager to help facilitate the development of successful Program Plans for clients
Access community resources for the benefit of residents and their family members
Coordinate community outreach projects to help residents reach economic self-sufficiency
Work with the Orchid Lake management company to ensure each resident’s unit is adequately maintained and any maintenance issues are resolved.
Provide input into Policies and Procedures for Orchid Lake
Other duties as assigned by the Housing Program Director
