Title: Resident Makeup Artist

Position Summary: The main purpose of this position is to assist with all of the front end store needs. This includes but is not limited to exceptional customer care, sales, make-up appointments, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will be the first person our clients see when they walk in, so it is important to always be presentable and prepared to greet each client and provide the highest level of luxury customer service to ensure a great first impression and store experience.

Responsibilities:

• The Retail Beauty Sales Associates' first responsibility is serving our luxury clientele while in-store, online, on the phone, through virtual consultations, and on social media.
• Greet all customers with a positive attitude, determine their needs & allergies, educate them on Citrine’s values, our curated brands, products, ingredients, and usage.
• Achieve sales of clientele’s needs while maintaining a high level of customer service and relationships with clientele.
• Accomplish individual and vendor sales goals, and monthly store sales goals.
• Responsible for engagement on social media platforms, keep up with incoming and outgoing messages with clients via chats, comments & DM’s.
• Excellent team player and learn other aspects of the company including, but not limited to, shipping and receiving operations, promotional events, inventory and remerchandising etc..
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, tidiness, and organization on the sales floor.
• Excellent team player with a positive work attitude, communication skills, proactive under pressure, and enjoys working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Encourage clients to join the MyCitrine Rewards program using interpersonal skills and a passionate and positive attitude.

Desired Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred 2+ years retail and makeup experience with a strong sales drive & history
• Strong knowledge in Skincare & Facials- esthetician is a plus
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook & Messenger) and computer-savvy (Microsoft)
• Great organization, time management, communication skills, and close attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal & interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work well on a team as well as independently
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
