Duties:
- Provide individual counseling to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches.
- Participate in weekly and complimentary supervision sessions.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, to coordinate care for clients with complex needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in Counseling to ensure effective treatment strategies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Resident in Counseling or eligible.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
