Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide behavior management and intervention strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Provide trauma-informed care for patients with PTSD
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of social work
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid licensure as a Clinician or Social Worker (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
- Experience working in crisis (MCR, CS, MHSB,23HR) for a mental health provider
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and medical record documentation
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling to diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Rate: Licensed Clinicians: $200-$350
Pay Rate: LMHP $175-$300
Programs for Position: Mobile Crisis, Community Stabilization, Mental Health Skill Building and 23 Hour Crisis.
Interview Scheduling: M, W, Thurs.
