Resident Engagement Coordinator - Greenspire Apartments

Lakewood Management is currently seeking an Resident Engagement Coordinator for Greenspire Apartments.

Greenspire has been the premier apartment community in Portage Michigan for over 45 years. The primary focus of this position will be to create a vibrant living environment for Greenspire residents while ensuring a high level of community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors
• Ensuring the Clubhouse maintains a high standard of appearance
• Overseeing all resident activities which includes leading, planning and communicating monthly activities
• Handling tasks related to marketing, social media and Greenspire Gear
• Answering phone calls, logging service requests, and collecting rent
• Monitoring Active Building for resident communication and engagement
• Able to work some evening and Saturday hours

Requirements:

• Computer proficiency including a basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products
• Must be reliable, detail oriented, and have excellent follow-through skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and vendors
• A great attitude, focused on creating an excellent residential experience
• Valid driver’s license and meet drivers insurance requirements
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen before employment begins

Compensation is commensurate based on experience.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
