Resident Care Manager/MDS
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000
What you'll be doing: You will ensure the delivery of person-centered, individualized and clinically competent care. You will coordinate and manage the overall care delivered to residents, temporary and permanent, assuring that services are appropriate to meet residents’ needs in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Our skilled is licensed for 32 beds, all of which are Medicare certified. Our quality outcomes approach extends through all of programs including therapy. About you:
- Help us keep our seniors safe. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university.
- One (1) or more years of prior RCM/MDS experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including performance management, discipline and management of staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgements concerning all aspects patient care.
- Understand state, federal and local regulations in relation to long term care and skilled nursing requirements.
- Must have the ability to provide satisfactory work references and be able to successfully pass a criminal history check and pre-employment drug screen. EOE.
