Resident Care Assistant- Full Time- 7p- 7am

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Resident Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with Activities of Daily Living, routine monitoring of our residents, providing excellent customer service, and being flexible with their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor residents' health, well-being, and safety
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Be flexible with schedule to accommodate the needs of the facility and residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
