SalaryWe are looking for a night shift (7p to 7a) resident care aide. We have a rare position open as people tend to make careers here and stay for long periods of time. Most having been here for 10yrs up to 35yrs! Our Assisted Living is very different amongst other ALF centers in our area as our residents are truly high functioning and there is very little patient care needed, other than helping some with showers. We don't have hospice or bed bound residents here. The work load is light and easily manageable for young or older applicants. If you are looking for a place that is fun and has a real family like atmosphere, look no further!
