Are you passionate about collaborating with families and staff to assist young children through the implementation of trauma-informed practices and intervention strategies? If so, the Early Childhood Behavioral Specialist position is for you!
As an Early Childhood Behavioral Specialist, you would:
- work closely with families, teachers, and mental health consultants to support the social and emotional development of young children
- have exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create effective behavior management plans tailored to each child's needs.
- have knowledge of and use the Conscious Discipline curriculum.
Starting Salary dependent on education:
Bachelor Degree: $31.86 per hour
Graduate Degree: $36.48 per hour
This is a non-exempt position. 90 day introductory period.
This is an in-person position only. Remote work not available.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood education, psychology, social work, or related field.
We are currently offering a $300 sign-on bonus after completing the 90-day probation period.
