We are looking for Care Givers to join our dynamic team! There are a variety of shifts available which offers you the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. We have days, nights and weekend shifts available, as well as part-time and full-time positions. This position is responsible for the following duties to include but limited to:

• Provides assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service and other activities of daily living.
• Follows the schedule of resident's needs.
• Documents daily log of assistance.
• Informs supervisor of resident issues and concerns.
• Respects and encourages residents.
• Respect resident's confidentiality.
• Attends all trainings, in service and staff meetings.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
• Preforms duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• CPR Certification or willing to be trained.
