**Resident Aide** **Duties:** - Provide direct care and support to residents with developmental disabilities - Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving - Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents - Support residents in participating in social and recreational activities **Skills:** - First aid knowledge and ability to respond to emergencies effectively - Familiarity with resident rights and ability to advocate for residents' needs - Experience in home care or similar caregiving roles - Understanding of social work principles and ability to provide emotional support to residents - Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
