Our senior independent community is currently seeking a part-time (3:30-6:30pm) Dining Room server/ Kitchen help to work at Governor's Port! This is a perfect opportunity for a high school student or retired individual who is looking for a flexible job. We are seeking someone who can work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
We are a strong stable work group and are looking for an additional individual who has the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to provide quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food to residents and guest ensuring that quality standards for food and service are being delivered to the table. This position reports to the Front Office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
- Desire to work with seniors
- Must possess a team spirit, good character, and personal integrity
- Three to six (3-6) months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of proper sanitation and cleaning methods
- Knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations (preferred)
