Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare industry and working with training and residency programs preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists Program Clinical Director with role of liaison with national consortium, universities, healthcare organizations, as well as community and internal partners to support the Heritage Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Residency Program and other clinical student needs.
- Coordinates logistics of resident recruitment, onboarding, ramp up of patient schedules, as well as didactics, specialty rotations, and program events.
- Organizes and facilitates Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Residency Program meetings.
- Organizes and facilitates clinical student rotations including but not limited to the collection of paperwork requirements, agreements and scheduling of clinical rotations.
- Assists with schedules for residents and preceptors.
- Assists Program Clinical Director with tracking Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Residency Program measures of success and budgeting to ensure financial viability.
- Assists with promoting quality measures and the residents' annual quality improvement project.
- Coordinates program evaluations, including circulation and tracking; and presents trends in resident, preceptor and presenter feedback.
- Supports Program Clinical Director with the program re-accreditation process, including project planning, writing, and site visit logistics.
- Updates and maintains program calendar and internal communications.
- Creates and maintains documentation related to the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Residency Program including resident timecards.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
