We are seeking a highly organized Restaurant Reservations Manager for the iconic Surf Lodge brand. As the Restaurant Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservation process and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Duties:
- Manage Resy dashboard
- Stay in communication with the owner/team about shifts in reservations or VIP tables
- Communicate with potential guests interested in booking large parties
- Create large group reservations (banquet event orders)
- Manage and oversee the restaurant reservation process, including taking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and cancellations
- Ensure accuracy of reservation information and update the reservation system accordingly
- Input reservations from our internal management teams
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of reservation records
- Coordinate with in-house team with details on table/event setup
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Resy software
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask, pivot, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- 50 hours a week
- Weekends and weekdays a must (2 weekdays off)
