As a Reservationist & Customer Service Agent with a focus on travel, you will have the exciting opportunity to craft personalized itineraries for our clients while working remotely. From scheduling flights and accommodations to arranging tours and activities, you will be the mastermind behind each unforgettable journey. Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to each client's needs.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and excursions.
• Manage multiple itineraries simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service and support throughout the travel planning process.
