SalaryWe are hiring an experienced Reservationist to be responsible for booking reservations in a timely and accurate manner. Successful candidates will be comfortable speaking with people and have a passion for solving problems. A Reservationist needs to be able to analyze, research and communicate effectively and must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about fishing charters, dolphin cruises, their availability and pricing.
- Help customers book charters.
- Coordinate with Captains & crew to ensure timely departures.
- Receive payments from customers for services and issue receipts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
