POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide exceptional customer service and assistance with general inquiries and reservations. To take reservations for The Company efficiently and effectively maximizing reservation capacities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
- To provide a friendly phone manner assisting guests with all inquiries (please note all phone correspondence is subject to audio recording to assist in providing customer service and training development)
- A thorough understanding of all booking policies and procedures
- Works as a member of the restaurant team. Interacts with service crew in a positive manner. Assists others whenever needed.
- Interacts with people beyond giving and receiving instructions, particularly in resolving Guest complaints.
- Anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are made.
- Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures.
