About The Role
Responsible for performing analysis for method validations and sample analysis without supervision. Responsible for organization and maintenance of analytical binders and QC of data. Responsible for instrument troubleshooting, instrument operation, and maintenance without supervision. Participates in method development and troubleshooting. Ensures high quality of generated data and proper instrumentation operation and maintenance. Assist in training of
junior staff.
What You'll Do Here

• Understands and practices Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Performs dose concentration analysis on study samples, and qualifications of analytical methods using UV and LC methods.
• Performs analysis of study samples and samples for validation in accordance with analytical methods, protocol and/or Method Validation Plan (MVP) without supervision.
• Under the Scientist directive develops and troubleshoots analytical methods.
• Assists in training junior staff on all aspects of analysis, instrumentation, and data management.
• Participates in reviewing SOPs and SLPs for laboratory procedures and equipment for completeness and accuracy.
• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting instruments.
• Responsible for maintaining and organizing study binders and QC of data.
• Assists Scientist in Method Validation Plans and Reports.
• Maintains lab supplies and schedules instrument PM and non- routine services.
• Responsible for receipt, handling and disposition of samples, standards, and reference substances.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• BS/MS in a scientific discipline preferably chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or pharmaceutical science
• Minimum 3 years of GLP/GMP regulated environment conducting analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of basic math and computer software skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as SOPs, safety rules, software manuals, and study documents.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Continual GLP training, ability to read and interpret documents, and ability to instruct others on day to day activities.

What We Offer
The pay range estimated for this position is $21 - $29 per hour. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
