Description:
- Perform Desktop support, working IMAC tickets as well as desktop O/S and HW issue resolution.
- Candidate must have working knowledge of HP PC hardware, experience with Blackberry and remote access support.
- Perform desktop refresh Refresh consists of scheduling installation with the user, delivering the PC , copying data from the old device to the new device, setting up user environment for logging on to the NGGN, configuring printing environment, installing sector layer 1 applications and removing old equipment.
- A+ Certification required.
