Network Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, design, support, and standardize IT infrastructure and solutions used in locations including networks, servers, desktops, telephony, virtualization, active directory, and cloud-based solutions
- Ensure consistency and integration of the company's information requirements and technical business objectives, including the monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrading, change implementation, and complex problem resolution
- Ensure that managed infrastructure and systems is in line with agreed SLA's, capacity, and availability targets
- Partner with other C&T teams to ensure that technology systems are managed, operated, and designed to minimize risk
- Proactively engage with the Business Unit teams to ensure that key stakeholders, including IT managers, are consistently engaged and that best practices are shared in both directions
This is a 6-month contract with a possibility to convert to direct-hire. Work a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, coming into the office on Wednesdays.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience maintaining, supporting, and optimizing network hardware and software
- Proficiency in routing, switching, and subnetting
- Switching experience using Aruba, Meraki, and Fortinet
- Firewall experience using Fortigate
- Experience working with L2/L3 Switches, Firewalls, SDWAN & IPSEC VPN and management of industry standard brands of network equipment such as Cisco, Cisco Meraki & HP
- Ability to communicate and troubleshoot issues with vendors
- Operational knowledge of Cisco Meraki
- Experience with Fortinet
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- IS certifications (HP, Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, AWS)
- Operational knowledge of Netgate
