Job Description
Repair Hub Managers oversee all operations to ensure that the building and company branded containers are operational. Duties include preparing schedules for REPAIR HUB associates, training new employees and monitoring compliance with safety standards. They will complete various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the department.

- Manage REPAIR HUB associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of equipment
- Establish practices and protocols to achieve an efficient working environment
- Set department and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
- Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
- Communicate with other departments to ensure repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
Competencies/skills
- Managerial experience is preferred but not required
- Leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
- Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening
- Good project management skills, including strong decision making, problem solving and strategic planning abilities
- General computer knowledge (i.e. emails, MS Word etc.)
- General construction and tools knowledge
- General knowledge OSHA requirements for a safe workplace
Specialized knowledge and/or licenses
- Forklift certification - required

Work environment
Repair Hub Managers work in a warehouse and an office. Because of the various work environments, they may be exposed to a range of environmental settings, from controlled indoor to a variety of outdoor weather temperatures and conditions.
Physical demands
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a keyboard and telephone
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to see for purposes of reading and driving
- Ability to hear and understand speech at normal levels
- Ability to speak clearly in person and over the phone
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
