Victra is a leading provider of prepaid retail stores for Total by Verizon, specializing in wireless device sales and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Leader to oversee our Device Repair Division across multiple retail stores within the region.
Position Overview:
The Regional Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Mobile Phone Repair Division across designated stores. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to lead a team of hybrid repair technicians and wireless consultants, ensure the highest standards of repair services, implement effective marketing strategies, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of repair technicians across multiple retail stores. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure consistency in repair standards and customer service excellence.- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of repair technician/wireless consultants. Regularly evaluate performance and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Repair Operations: Oversee the repair operations to ensure efficient and timely repair services for various mobile phone models. Maintain quality control measures and uphold industry standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage repair parts and inventory levels across stores to ensure adequate stock for timely repairs. Work closely with procurement teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Marketing and Business Development: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote repair services, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service quality, addressing customer concerns, and implementing feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Prepare reports and readouts on repair operations, performance metrics, and revenue analysis for management review.
- Target Achievement: Achieve repair service targets across all stores within assigned Region, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
Salary Range: $63482 per year - $73482 per year
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).- Proven experience 8-10 year in a Leadership or Technical service role within the wireless device or small electronics repair industry or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of wireless device repair techniques, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and repair management software.
