Rep, Doc Imaging Quality

Position Summary: Function includes but is not limited to: validates the accuracy and completeness of medical records in the Online Medical Record (OMR) system; ensures all scanned documents are positioned correctly; identifies those that are incorrect and corrects per policy; ensures each document is indexed to the correct patient/encounter; ensures each document is assigned the correct document name; preps/scans, indexes and analyzes patient records when needed. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: [Required] High school diploma or equivalent. One year of hospital medical records experience; data entry and basic office skills (fax, copy machine); ability to manage high volume workload while maintaining high quality and use of good judgment; detail oriented with excellent verbal and organization skills.

Salary range: $22.43 - $31.56
