WEALTH MANAGEMENT BANKING CLIENT SERVICING REPRESENTATIVE

Wealth Management Banking Client Servicing Representatives answer client phone calls about their deposit and loan accounts and provide operational support for other bank initiatives. The environment is fast-paced and challenging.

This is a great career opportunity for someone that is looking to start a career path in the financial services industry.

Training Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST for 2-3 months

Permanent Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide client and partner support for common banking issues over the phone and in response to written inquiries. 
• Adhere closely to team procedures and guidelines, including a daily phone schedule. 
• Problem-solve and recommend products or services to resolve client inquiries effectively. 
• Document key topics of each call and escalate issues to other departments for resolution when necessary. 
• Complete outbound calls to clients to resolve pending issues or assignments. 
• Contribute to team initiatives and volunteer during times of need. 
• Meet personal statistical targets for quality and efficiency enabling the team to meet service-level commitments.

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

• Prior Client Servicing experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Active listening skills
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and business conditions that can change quickly
• Strong time-management skills with an ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
• The ability to multi-task and navigate through several different applications/systems simultaneously
• A strong sense of teamwork and willingness to assist with team initiatives
• A philosophy of continuous improvement and ongoing learning

Home technology requirements:

This is a hybrid arrangement that relies on the following technology to be enabled at home:

• Internet speed of at least 940MB/sec
• Must be hardwired via ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi
• Dual monitors or at least a 32inch single monitor
