We are looking for a Client Success Coach who can captain the ship of positively impacting our clients lives through delivering timely and thoughtful communication, educating on all of our state-of-the-art Wellness Services, and closing sales that guide each client towards their optimal plan or program.
The specific duties of a Client Success Coach include: performing follow up sales calls for all online leads, driving word of mouth referrals, managing administrative tasks like monitoring membership usage, overseeing customer journey pipeline, resolving customer conflicts, operating our services offered, and selling in store memberships and packages. You should be ready to perform a high volume of administrative tasks as well as interpersonal communication, including sales.
Working Environment:
The Client Success Specialist is a part time role (23-27 hours per week), typically broken up over 3 full working days per week, with a schedule of9 am- 7pm or 10am- 4 pm. Must be available for shifts Monday through Saturday. This role is administratively based with approximately 75% of time spent engaging with clients in person and by phone, and 25% operating out services for clients and giving customer tours.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintaining a culture of over delivering for the clients experience: Timely & thoughtful communication for each client as they move through their unique customer journey. Examples include: responding to email and text requests, follow up phone calls, and overseeing systematized check ins and rewards for clients at specific intervals.
- Monitor & manage membership accounts: Get in contact with accounts that are not in good standing from payment failure, ensure all membership revisions are correctly implemented, and monitor daily transactions.
- Close sales: Educate and provide information for every client regarding membership plans and packages, while following specific sales strategies. Includes wellness membership sales, body sculpting & IV therapy plans and packages.
- Drive upsells: Monitor customer journeys and ignite conversations about upsell offers at strategic times.
- Managing client database and CRM: Accurately move clients throughout an online database pipeline, reflecting how many times they have been contacted and when their next scheduled follow up should occur.
- Perform in store administrative tasks: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and check out clients.
- Improve lead flow and membership communication cadence: Identify additional opportunities to engage with clients and leads that positively impacts their life and improves membership retention rates

Pay:
- Pay: $19-$21 + potential $10-$20 for commission for Membership Sales
Required Availability:
-Must be available to work 20-30 hours a week during open hours (9 am -7 pm M-Th & 10 am - 4 pm Friday, Sat)
-Must be responsive and available in the event of an emergency staffing situation.

- Has 3+ years successfully growing sales, and performing high level administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has 2+ years of experience working within a CRM software
- Has 2+ years of experience calling inbound leads
- Has 2+ years of experience coaching or mentoring individuals 1 on 1
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $19.00 - $21.00/hour.
