Duties:

- Assist customers in selecting and renting Vehicles based on their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process rental transactions, including credit card transactions, Vehicle FLEET Repairs in timely manner to and from vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure equipment/ supplies is properly stocked and organized
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of rental Vehicles as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed

Skills:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing rental transactions and calculating rental fees
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide clear instructions on equipment operation
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a plus, but not required

This position requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The Vehicle Rental Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience while renting from our store. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
