Manager in Training
Duties:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store
- Learn and develop skills in various areas of retail management
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Supervise and train store employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and administrative tasks
- Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase store visibility
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Experience supervising a team of employees
- Familiarity with payroll systems and administrative tasks
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Cash handling experience is required
