Rental Housing Safety Program Office Specialist

The Rental Housing Safety Program Office Specialist II will provide administrative support for processing housing inspection cases, including setting up cases, generating and mailing notices of violation and letters, scanning and uploading documents, as well as answering phones and providing customer service to the public.
Skills:
• Highly productive with a good work ethic, fast learner
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in word, excel and past experience using a database, numerate
• Good communicator, pleasant demeanor, customer service experience, team player
• Interest in public service
