The Rental Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely fulfilment of rental orders throughout the supported region (U.S.). The Rental Coordinator will perform the day-to-day administration of rental inventory and other operational duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. This role will require a very high level of professionalism and customer focus. This individual must be able to report into the Duluth, GA location on a daily basis. Some domestic travel may be required.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

· Process rental orders for complex precise positioning systems in a timely and accurate manner.

· Produce rental contracts and communicate terms and conditions professionally to the customer.

· Assist warehouse personnel with rental kit packaging and shipping, as required.

· Maintain a daily working knowledge of available rental inventory.

· Regularly conduct, analyze and present reporting on rental business metrics to provide overall visibility to the organization about data related to rental equipment, looking for trends, areas of opportunity, and process improvement opportunities.

· Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement the rental business strategy.

· Suggest and implement improvements in the overall rental business process.

· Other activities include, but are not limited to, rental entry and return in SAP, rental inventory check in/check out, upgrading of firmware, hardware diagnostics, rental technical support, configure rental systems and perform rental systems final check.

· Assist and back-up other Operations and supporting roles, as available and assigned.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum four plus years’ experience in a similar role
• Logistics experience with a desire to learn SAP processing skills. Previous SAP experience is a plus.
• Business analyst experience with intermediate reporting skills.
• Familiarity with TPS/GPS, lasers, levels, HDS Scanners, etc. preferred but not required. Leica high-end hardware and software knowledge would be a distinct advantage.　
• Strong computer skills, including software/hardware installation and configuration and troubleshooting using Windows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Direct customer service and communication experience.
• Likes to learn and is open to continuous feedback.
• Must regularly be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to collaborate and proactively bring suggested solutions when problems arise.
• Experience in an industry or military role where reliability and repeatability were critical. Veteran status highly regarded.
