Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing excellent customer service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
-Insurance verification as needed
- medication perscription refill requests as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
