Pine Acres Realty Rentals is a small business in Chatham, MA. We are professional, agile and supportive. We specialize in higher end summer rental properties in Chatham And handle over 800 leases a summer .

```Duties:```
- Assist tenants with finding the right rental property
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary documentation
- Coordinate check in and out schedules
- find new rental stock
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
```Skills:```
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications including Barefoot a plus.
licensed agent preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to secure rental agreements and resolve customer issues
- Familiarity with retail math to calculate rental costs, taxes, and fees accurately
- Experience in outside sales or customer service roles is a plus
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage rental schedules and paperwork effectively
This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively.
Saturdays in summer season are required.
