- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about rental options, rates, and policies
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Inspect rental vehicles for damage and ensure they are clean and ready for customers
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
```Requirements```
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish preferred
- Ability to effectively handle front desk responsibilities-
- Previous experience in retail sales or sales management is a plus
- Basic math skills for retail transactions

Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
