Job Description
Remote UX Writer
Conduct discovery activities—analyze behavioral data, benchmark competitor and industry digital experiences, interview internal stakeholders, provide input for and desired output from user testing—and establish the content strategies and copy for digital experiences.
Partner with UX, UI, and visual designers as well as developers to create delightful digital experiences that support user and business goals.
Evolve content strategies for new use cases or emerging technologies such as personalization, voice recognition, and AI.
Institute content governance principles, practices, guidelines, and tools to ensure consistent and common digital experiences worldwide.
Analyze and assess digital content; use data and UX research findings to influence effective content creation across the product suite.
Write clear and concise copy across multiple product touchpoints
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a digital content strategist/copywriter
Proven ability to bring content/copy work from concept to execution Proven success building stakeholder/partner relationships and managing expectations Experience working in collaborative design teams, understanding of user-centered design process and UX principles Comfortable working with other design disciplines in Figma Ability to work with cross-functional teams in all stages design & build Experience with content governance, content management, and content automation helpful
