CRUISE SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS BUT WILL TRAIN POTENTIAL CANDIDATES.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for answering incoming Cruise sales calls and closing the sale.
- Responsible for assisting guests with their booking via email and or phone, processing payments and making any necessary changes.
- Ability to up sell & cross sell products based on guests needs.
Qualifications and Skills
Product knowledge a PLUS, Closing skills, Problem Solving, Time management, PC literate with strong Verbal & Written Communication skills, Strong Math Skills, Ability to multi-task, Detailed oriented.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (Commission paid on travel insurance, Cruise line bonus opportunities)
Schedule:
- 9 hour shift with 1 hour lunch
- Monday to Friday
- 1-2 Saturdays a month, closed on Sunday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cruise Sales: 1 year (Required)
