Alma is seeking a mission-driven Lead Product Manager to join our Billing team. In this role, you'll craft and execute strategy while leading dynamic billing squads to revolutionize financial operations for mental health providers and their clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader passionate about leveraging technology to solve challenging problems and build highly-scalable solutions that translate into trusted and streamlined customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the billing domain, aligning with company-wide objectives and key results.
Ensure that strategies and goals are well communicated and understood across squads
Track and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics for our billing products.
Analyze evolving business needs and proactively distribute resources across multiple squads to achieve strategic objectives.
Work closely with the product and engineering leadership to manage organizational change and adopt best practices.
Motivate, coach, and supervise junior Product Managers within your domain.
Foster a sense of community and belonging within your domain by identifying and implementing initiatives for collaboration, team-building, and bonding to enhance team alignment and efficiency
Act as a key leader by representing and advocating for the Billing domain with leadership teams
Who you are:
You have 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with 1+ years of experience in people management.
You have experience setting a clear, inspiring vision for complex areas, and advocating for solutions that drive success for the business in addition to your users.
You have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and strategic decision-making.
You epitomize an experimentation mindset, always centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation.
You are adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management.
You excel in building strong cross-functional relationships and fostering an inclusive environment across diverse teams.
You are adept at navigating company-wide trade-offs and resource allocation to meet strategic goals, with a strong ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Salary Band: $170,000 - $190,000
