Remote Support Specialist

SafeinHome is hiring RemoteSupport Specialists for our 24x7 Support Team!

This is NOT a Work From Home position. We provide support for individuals remotely, but the position is in office, in Walnut Creek.

Summary: You will provide health, safety, and quality of life support services for individuals using SafeinHome Remote Supports. Using a combination of sensory and assistive technology devices, you will initiate communications and respond to alerts to provide support services.

Preferred Shift Availability:

• Morning 3:00 am-11:30am
• Afternoon 11:00 am - 7:30pm
• Evening 3:00 pm-11:30pm
• Graveyard 11:00 pm-7:30am

Requirements for the position:

• Willing to be scheduled for ANY shift, especially morning and graveyard shifts.
• Proficiency with various web browsers and applications, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Suite, and various Google applications, such as Chrome, Google Calendar, Google Voice, and Gmail.
• Must pass an FBI background check.

Preferred Experience:

Related to or desire to work within the social work and/or caregiving fields, with some experience with technology.
