```Responsibilities```
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, telemarketing, and market research
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the key features and benefits
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products/services to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, keeping track of sales activities and progress
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and reporting
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Ability to effectively market and communicate product/service offerings
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
