Position Requirements:
- 1+ years of direct healthcare recruiting and sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong initiative and solid judgment skills
- Solid team-based project experience
- A clear understanding of full-cycle fulfillment processes
- Experience mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
- Demonstrated experience using various recruitment resources
- Strong customer service skills and work ethic
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and try new things
