Role Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist with an eye for detail and a passion for constant improvement. This role is critical in ensuring that all client deliverables meet our high standards of quality and effectiveness, particularly within our email and sms marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our team, working closely with content creators, designers, and campaign managers to maintain the integrity of our deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive quality checks on all outgoing client deliverables, including but not limited to copy, design, email implementation, SMS implementation, and link accuracy.
- Provide a layer of assurance that outgoing content aligns with client brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and internal quality standards.
- Recognize and record trends and patterns in deliverables that do not meet quality standards.
- Regularly report findings and insights to leadership to drive long-term improvements in our Retention Marketing efforts.
- Follow established processes and operate within the clearly defined parameters of the role.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in Digital Marketing to enhance Quality Assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a Digital Marketing or advertising agency.
- Familiarity with Retention Marketing strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in Notion, Figma, Klaviyo, and Slack.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay rate based on experience and qualifications, starting at 2700/mo. Please note that this is a 1099 contractor position.
- Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
- Opportunity to grow with a company moving into its 7th year of operation.
