We're looking for a Remote Program Coordinator, working in Insurance industry in San Antonio, Texas, United States.- Perform consistent phone duties.
- Manage outbound and inbound calls, mostly an outbound facility.
- Place outbound calls to members and schedule our members for their annual assessment that the member may be due for.
- Receive incoming calls with the potential to be placed on an active queue line (each individual averages 5 to 10 calls).
- Utilize dual screens.
