Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time remote basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to work in a remote setting.
- Availability to work part-time hours as agreed upon.
