Description
Located in Tucson AZ, our Brief Intervention Program (BIP) is a short-term residential facility that provides enhanced residential services to male and female adolescents ages 12-17. Individuals stay up to 30 days in our structured treatment setting which includes 24-hour supervision and therapeutic services. This program is designed for adolescents who are in crisis, requiring active treatment in an environment with a high degree of oversight, intensive programming, and treatment. The BIP features living facilities, education/schooling, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services.
Reporting to the Clinical Program Manager, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts appropriate assessments and treatment oversight (including functional behavioral assessments and/or skills assessments) for determined individuals within the program. This position provides oversight and training to staff on implementation of assessments.
Salary Range: $70,0000 - $85,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (schedules are subject to change)

Qualifications
Master’s Degree with Certification and License as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA and LBA) required
1 year experience working in the field of ABA to include implementing behavioral treatment plans
Experience in performing behavioral assessments
Experience in developing, writing, implementing and evaluating individuals and/or unit wide behavioral programs
Experience with training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
OTHER:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Drug test within 24 hours of offer with negative results
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Attend mandatory two (2) weeks paid New Hire Orientation training Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
