Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine Mental Health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Utilize evidence-based practices in the delivery of Mental Health services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Provide crisis management and intervention as needed
- Collect and maintain accurate client data and records
Skills:
- Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnosis
- Knowledge of behavioral health theories and practices
- Understanding of psychopharmacology and its role in Mental Health treatment
- Ability to effectively manage crises and provide intervention
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Competence in various forms of psychotherapy
- Knowledge of social work principles and ethics
