SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members
- Assist members with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Process loan applications and assist with loan origination
- Perform cash handling duties
- Utilize fraud prevention techniques to detect and prevent fraudulent activity
- Build and maintain relationships with members to promote member satisfaction and retention
- Answer member inquiries and provide information about products and services offered by the credit union
- Assist with account maintenance, including updating member information and processing account closures
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:15 am - 3:15 pm
- Wednesday and Friday - must be available between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
- Must have some flexibility to cover other shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with members
- Proficient in basic math and basic grammar
- Experience in cash handling
- Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and detection methods
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry
- Prior experience in sales or relationship management is a plus
