1. Projects primarily consist of small FAA facility mechanical and plumbing design disciplines.
2. Occasionally larger FAA facility design for mechanical and plumbing disciplines is required

Need 1 mid-level Mechanical Engineer to perform physical site surveys and facility condition assessment for the FAA.
Must be experienced in mechanical and plumbing design and construction as it pertains to commercial and government buildings.
Experience in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software is preferred but not required.
Must be familiar with Adobe Pro, BlueBeam Revu, and/or MS office applications.
Must be familiar with HVAC and plumbing load calculations and general commercial building code and guideline requirements as it pertains to ASHRAE, NFPA, and ICC.
Must be a self starter and able to work independently to meet design deliverable deadlines with limited or no supervision.
Must be able to collaborate and work in a team setting remotely through a PC.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program. Engineer in Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) registration is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of electrical engineering work experience.
